What better place to pop-up as Field & Green for two months than at Capitol, the iconic Wellington restaurant that just oozes European charm and Kiwi warmth. We’ll be ‘filling in’ whilst hospo legends Tom and Kate go on a research trip to the UK. It’s been a delight plotting our collaboration behind the scenes and, with support by the Capitol team, we look forward to welcoming our customers, both old and new, from 30 October.
From Friday 30 October we will be open evenings, Thursday – Tuesday, offering a special menu of ‘European soul food’.
